Renovation and Extension to Large Family Home

A modern redevelopment with no expense spared on this bungalow in Rustington.

We were asked by a local developer to create a feature home out of a dilapidated character bungalow in a sought after private estate, just a third of a mile from the beach.

With the assistance of a local architect we transformed this old, tired, dilapidated property in to a stylish, modern delightful home.

We built a large extension at the rear of the property, a large loft conversion with beautifully stunning Juliet balcony to a huge glass gable end overlooking the 270ft rear garden and a top quality, cool and crisply finished refurbishment throughout.
