New Build Family Home by the Sea

Demolition of a semi-detached bungalow to be replaced with a detached family home.

We won this project through a tender process from a local architect for a family that has a great historical connection to this property.

We were asked to demolish a semi-detached bungalow and create a lovely detached family home from scratch; somewhere by the sea, enjoyable for all generations of this wonderful family.

Due to the time of year the project was programmed for, we knew weather could affect us. Together with our scaffolding contractor we were able to fully enclose the build from the elements so building could commence without any disruptions.

Because this property was close to the seafront our choice of material was essential to help protect it from the elements.

The client entrusted us to carry out the works with full project management, this being an even greater responsibility due to the client, quite often, being out of the area. With our team in the office and the multitude of highly skilled subcontractors we were able to show the quality and the skill our team has to offer.
