We won this project through a tender process from a local architect for a local housing society.
We were instructed to convert a single two-storey dwelling into a site management office on the ground floor, including an extension to the rear for additional office space and conversion of the first floor into a self-contained flat.
An external company had been appointed to manage the project and we made it our priority to work closely with them, the architect/contract administrators and our client. We always make sure every team member, both on site and in the office, adheres to all rules and regulations.
Due to the nature of the client’s business, time was of the essence. We completed all works with time to spare.
