Conversion of Three Dairy Farm Buildings

A beautiful project, for a lovely family to suit their expanding residential requirements on their long-established family farm.

Following the successful award of this project through a traditional tender process, we were asked to convert three disused dairy farm buildings to residential bungalows. This project shows off many aspects of our team’s repertoire, including the removal of existing dairy equipment, part demolition and asbestos removal, all while working closely with the building control department of the local authority.

This particular project made use of our full project management service from start to finish, while working alongside the client’s Designer/Contract Administrator. We were able to finish this project to a beautiful standard in keeping with the design and style of the existing farm, from staining and decoration of the external elevations to internal oak features and the rather beautiful monkey tail handles on the new windows.

A thoroughly enjoyable project that enabled us to build a great relationship which has already seen us earn repeat business.
